If you need any additional support—such as extra time, access provisions, or other reasonable adjustments—please select Access Arrangements so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please be aware that these arrangements depend on the timely receipt of all required evidence and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. As we have limited resources, we cannot reserve Access Arrangements in advance, so we encourage you to provide your information as early as possible to help secure the support you require.
For further details on Access Arrangements and Responsible Adjustments, please refer to our Handbook.
Important Notes
The AA deadlines refer to the receipt of all complete supporting evidence required to apply for Access Arrangements. This includes any relevant assessments that may be required such as a Form 8 assessment. After entries are made, the candidate and/or the customer will receive a request for relevant documentation from aa@tutorsandexams.uk.
If you do not receive an email, please check junk/spam folders before contacting us.
Reasonable Adjustments
Tutors & Exams Ltd is committed to facilitating reasonable adjustments where appropriate and where capacity allows, in line with awarding organisation regulations. However, adjustments can only be offered where valid supporting evidence is submitted by the relevant deadline and where Tutors & Exams is practically able to accommodate the request. No guarantee can be made where submissions are late, incomplete, or exceed available capacity (e.g., for Home Invigilation services).
Key Conditions:
- Home Invigilation is a limited-capacity service and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early application is strongly recommended.
- Late Access Arrangement submissions may result in applications being rejected by the awarding organisation, arrangements not being granted or applied, or loss of certification opportunity.
- Tutors & Exams Ltd accepts no liability for consequences arising from failure to meet these deadlines, including financial loss or candidate disadvantage.
- These deadlines are strict and final, and the Customer is responsible for ensuring they are clearly communicated to learners, fully complied with, and monitored to ensure timely evidence submission.
